Challenge:
As medical practices began to take advantage of technologies that improve the accuracy of medical records, advance HIPPA compliance and combine Mobile Device Management with Internet solutions, this technology services provider wanted to quickly align itself as a leader in the industry. In order to project the leading-edge image that matched their hi-tech solutions, they needed a strong brand image that fused intelligent web-based connectivity with offline marketing support.
Solution:
Life Advantages began a committed initiative focused at launching the online and offline components in unison. By working closely with the project manager, Life Advantages' Creative Development team assessed the branding style the client was looking to implement. Once the color pallete was decided upon, our team went to work.
The web-based component was developed to function as an information portal. The frame of the website was built around a strong navigational design that would facilitate easy access to information. With the client's approval of the overall look and feel, content development began. The Content Manager created several scripting solutions that spoke to the strength of the client's technological products and services, as well as, the enhanced programs ready for implementation. Constant communication between the client's Project Manager and the Life Advantages' Content Manager brought the project to completion under a strenuous deadline. With its easy-to-navigate design and content focused at products and services, the website became the beacon of the client's online presence.
With the growing number of medical conventions and conferences in North America, it became apparent very early in the project development phase that an offline set of marketing solutions would be necessary to augment and compliment the client's new web presence. Building on the same look and feel that was developed for the Web, Life Advantages' Creative Development team created a professional suite of marketing tools to promote the client's products and services. A tradeshow booth that continued the brand identity was built. A content-rich, direct marketing brochure was produced that further detailed the client's technological products, security features and Fortune 500 partnerships. Banners focused at providing consistent branding and high visibility were created and positioned at partner locations.
For six months, Life Advantages continued to offer technical and marketing support through our Creative Development team.
Results:
With the improved offline visibility and the enhanced Web presence, our client was able to position itself as the foremost leader in the burgeoning field of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) transmission, collection and storage. |
